We value your privacy. Just like our own privacy, we realize it is of utmost importance to everyone. Please read below, and if you have any questions, just send us an email.

When you sign up to use Bubbly, we collect some personal information about you. This includes your email ID. If you connect your Bubbly account with Facebook or Twitter, we may collect that information as well. This information is used to enable the various features within the Bubbly app, and also features that allow you to share content to other applications (e.g. when you share a post on Twitter). We do not share this data with anyone. Period.

Your username and the optional profile information about yourself that you fill out in your Bubbly profile, is shared as public information within Bubbly and on the Bubbly website when your posts are shared..

There's some other information we'll be recording that you don’t type in. For instance, your IP address, some information about which devices you're using (like your device UDID) or crash logs — to provide you better service and more relevant data. We might share certain data with third partner providers to track app usage and downloads. This data cannot be used to identify you directly — it’s used to monitor usage patterns anonymously for our entire user base. It is always collected in an anonymous state, and is aggregated with that of all the other Bubbly users.

We will not sell or share your information with any third parties without your explicit permission. (Or a valid court order.) We will probably use your information to contact you about your account with us, to let you know of changes to our service and to let you know about or to administer promotions. But we won't let third parties who are not acting on our behalf market to you, and we'll always let you manage your communication preferences with us. And we'll leave you alone the minute you ask us to.

For the subscription payment, we use the an intermediary (e.g. Apple for the iPhone app) to manage the credit card processing. We never collect your credit card information, it’s never transmitted to us in full and we never store it either.

In addition, please be considerate of what content you share while using Bubbly. If anyone reports offensive content or information that is not allowed to be shared publicly without permission — we reserve the rights to shut down your account.
